Includes
"diet" plan and food journal, 2 personalized fitness programs, weight
and measurements taken throughout 12-weeks, and phone and e-mail
support for 12 weeks.
INITIAL CONSULTATION (1.5 HOURS)
This program assists beginners who want to begin an exercise regimen or
achieve a specific goal but aren't sure where to begin. Includes: A
program for you to help achieve your goals;
PERSONAL TRAINING (1 HOUR)
Review and modify your current fitness program to meet your goals and maximize your results.
GROUP PERSONAL TRAININGTeam up with 1 or 2 friends to share the cost of training.1.5 HOUR PERSONAL TRAINING $55 Each - 2 People $45 Each - 3 People
HELLERWORKHellerwork is covered by most insurance companies under massage. Please ask if you are unsure.
