12 WEEK FITCAMP (One-on-One)
This program is for an individual who wants to lose bodyfat and/or gain muscle and is ready to make a 12 week commitment.
The body transformation program includes a nutrition program, strength/tone weight training programs, as well as measurements taken throughout the 12 weeks.
Plan includes meal plans for 12 weeks. Weekly check ins where you will weigh in and hand in your food journal. Clients can expect to lose up to a maximum of 24 pounds of bodyfat during the 12 weeks.
A healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. This rate of weight loss will help minimize your muscle lost and maximize your bodyfat loss. Throughout the program I will do measurements to ensure you are on the right track and not losing any muscle mass.
